The Dairy Meadow Development Company
The Dairy Meadow Development Company is a family run business owned by the Nelson family, who have lived in West Marton for over five generations.
When the creamery at West Marton closed in 2001 with no prospect of regenerating the dairy, planning permission was sought to redevelop the site for residential properties, with the unanimous support of the villagers.
Our aim has been to create a development that is not only architecturally pleasing but one that will enable future home owners to raise their families in secure and pleasant surroundings. The houses have all been designed to integrate well with the existing community whilst meeting the demands of modern day living.
In addition, with consideration for future generations living in the community, emphasis has been placed on environmental issues, as well as ensuring that the development does not detract from the beauty of the landscape.
